The class will be one hour long and will be instructed by our very own 3 times Kung Fu South African Champion, Peter-Parker, ranked 6th in the world.

The yoga class will be instructed by Johann, a 25 year experienced Yoga Teacher, his also the Owner and founder of Cape Town’s Surf Yoga.
